I am currently dieting. I am on a low glycemic diet with a strict daily plan of meals and I am exercising every day for 30-40 minutes. 4 Days treadmill and 3 days total gym strength training. In 3 months I've lost 50 pounds. I know, a little tmi and start the review. Just putting that out there that I am dieting, exercising, and as a frame of reference I am losing around 4 pounds a week. The past two weeks my weight loss has slowed. The week prior to this I was pretty steady and losing .4 to .6 pounds a day. Since I started taking these pills my weight loss has been a whole pound a day. This is not something that you take where it just drops off real rapidly. It seems to be doubling my existing weight loss. I bet if you were a little consistent with your daily calories you might be able to drop 2-3 pounds a week with little to no exercise. I am going on a cruise next week and mainly got these to help with the fat that is store all over my body, help me to remain level/not gain as much on the cruise, and to burn off the fat I gained on the trip when I get back. If I keep having great results I will probably keep using it. I will definitely keep using it until I use it up. Side affects. Not really. Now for how you feel. You do feel this pill, but in no way is it anything bad or makes me fear for my health. I can sleep fine. I feel fine in general. You will feel more energy. You kind of have a restless feeling, but nothing overly strong. Kind of like 10% of your excitement before you open the big christmas present at christmas. Not overly strong at all. It does have caffinee in it, but the company said it is equal to one cup of coffee. The apple cider does make you regular, but not to the point of having an upset stomach or running to the restroom. This does make you feel a tiny tiny bit warm. Feels like just one degree. Not even close to having to use a fan or making you sweat. However, when you exercise you will sweat a tiny bit more which is a good thing. My appetite is changing. Not a ton, but I am on a low glycemic diet. It feels like my hunger has decreased 20%. I am leaving a few bites left on my plate now. I am burning fat faster. Been on it a few days now and my weight loss has increased by a good .4 to .6 a day.
Would I recommend. Yes. This is probably not a miracle pill to drop rapidly, but it definitely has the tools to help. I would really recommend this if you can make yourself limit your daily calories a bit and walk some. I strongly believe this can help with people on a weight loss plateau.
I'm 27. My Dad is about 54 and has a stint. He was able to take these pills without issue or anything weird going on with his heart. There are tiny side affects, but if you read that article in the link above it explains all that. There are no unexpected side affects is what I should say. I feel safe taking this.
These pills are fairly large and you have to take two. If you are a little worried about these instead of taking two at breakfast, take one at breakfast and one at supper and you should get better results and less noticable changes to your body.
